Jesse Dean-Kluger Joins Florida Bar’s Grievance Committee
Miami, Fla. (June 6, 2023) – Jesse Dean-Kluger has been appointed to serve on The Florida Bar’s Grievance Committee. Local grievance committees are composed of volunteer lawyers and nonlawyers and are responsible for continuing the investigation of possible lawyer misconduct referred by Bar discipline attorneys. Mr. Dean-Kluger joins the committee made of 8 lawyers and non-lawyers.
Each of Florida’s 20 judicial circuits has at least one such grievance committee to review complaints with much the same purpose as a grand jury. After a case is submitted to them by bar counsel, the committee decides whether there is probable cause to believe a lawyer violated the professional conduct rules imposed by the Supreme Court of Florida and whether discipline against the lawyer appears to be warranted.
Mr. Dean-Kluger’s practice focuses on Corporate Advising, Real Estate Transactions and Litigation, Commercial & Corporate Litigation, and Family Law. In his litigation practice, he represents clients in all aspects of civil litigation, including breach of contract, employment disputes, and personal injury. He has extensive experience in both state and federal court and has achieved successful outcomes for his clients in a wide range of cases.
In his transactional practice, he works with businesses of all sizes to provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of issues, including contract negotiation, entity formation, and mergers and acquisitions. He is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal issues and achieve their business goals.
Mr. Dean-Kluger is admitted to practice in Florida and New York. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit. He is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami, School of Law. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami.
